Maternity Benefits

I recently became pregnant and am trying to obtain info about coverage for maternity services such as routine OBGYN prenatal office visits, anemia screening, etc. The Affordable Care Act mandated these as essential services that must be 100% covered on insurance plans, unless the plan is "grandfathered in." I can't find anywhere on the Humana site that tells me anything about this. I also can't find when my plan was created, and the info I've read is that only plans created prior to March of 2010 can be grandfathered in. How do I find out what coverage I have for routine maternity/prenatal care and what I can expect to pay at regular OBGYN visits during pregnancy?
