Is there a way to escalate an issue with FSA reimbursement?

I have been calling weekly for a month now because there is an "IT" issue with a couple of claims I submitted that is holding up my funds. Each time I call they are very nice but all I get is "they are looking into it" and "there is an open ticket". I have had so many issues with FSA and HSA issues since we switched to HumanaAccess and at this point I am losing patience.
