How to I change my account information? (Address, phone number ect..)
Depending on the type of plan you have the way your employer has requested your account updates, you may or may not be able to update your information via your MyHumana account, or our customer service team.
There are employer's that request demographic changes be completed directly through them. Once they submit the updates to Humana, your new information will be updated within 72 hours.
If your employer has it set up where you can make the changes directly, you will be able to do so by following the below path.
1. Sign into your MyHumana account by going to www.humana.com, and entering your user ID and password.
2. On the top right side, there is a link that says "My Profile", if you hover over it, you can click on "Account & Settings"
3. Here you will see your information, and to change, you can simply click on the "Edit" link.
