I get an error accessing MyPocket Dashboard. How can I get that fixed?

I have attempted to open MyPocket Dashboard several times since the new plan year started and have received the error I pasted at the bottom.

  • Attempted to access several times weeks apart.
  • Different browsers and computers. Same issue.
  • Was able to access during the last plan year.
