How do I request for a provider who is out of network to become in network?
At that point it really is between the provider and Humana as contract negotiations would begin. If an agreement is not made, then unfortunately the provider would remain out of network.

Providers that are currently not contracted with Humana, would contact us directly to discuss further. In this instance, they would partner with a Market Representative and begin conversations.
