My son had a pulpotomy last week with the consultation done a month prior. Why do I not see a claim when I have now paid 1365 out of pocket?
My apologies for the confusion.
Once a claim is received by Humana, from the provider, it can take up to 30 days for it to process. After completion, we will send you an explanation of benefits showing you how the benefits were applied and what your potential out of pocket cost would be.
In this instance, as it was done last week, more than likely the claim has not yet been received by Humana. Upon receipt, you will see a pending claim status via your MyHumana account within 72 hours.
