Every time I go on to the app to find a provider it keeps circling me around back to the same screen . And every time I try to link up my go365 app with My Humana app it says that it's connected but it's not working
I am so sorry to hear of the trouble you are encountering and would be happy to review further.
When using the Mobile App - upon sign in, you will select on Tools - Find Care.
Here you can search by name, or select Doctor by Specialty, Pharmacy, Hospital, Urgent Care and Retail Clinics.
I went through on mine and did not have any trouble. Perhaps try powering your phone off and back on, or reinstalling the MyHumana app. If you continue to have trouble, please feel free to let me know and I would be happy to send a provider listing to you directly.
Regarding the Go365 and MyHumana, these are two separate apps and are not connnected. Were you by chance having trouble syncing a device or application for steps/workouts?
