My steps are calculating on my S Health app but not in go365 AGAIN, causing me to lose points for about a week now. The app is synced, why is this happening and where are my steps??
I am sorry to hear of your troubles with the steps from Go365 not syncing accordingly.
It is recommended to log into your Go365 at least weekly to ensure the data is syncing between there and your S Health application.
Once this occurs, the steps are updated within 48 hours.
