At this time, we do not have an electronic submission method available for claims.
With that said, you can submit to the mailing address listed on the back of your insurance card.
Claims are typically processed within 30 days.

I think it is sad and poor customer service that the ability to message has been removed - for those of us who are so ill that we cannot call a representative to explain our concerns, this removes a vital avenue of communication. Interesting how no one seems to think about the critically ill and how we are unable to voice our concerns over the phone with no voice.
My only option appears to be calling the doctors office, who clearly stated they take Humana insurance, this site, that clearly stated the insurance was accepted, the Advocate.com site, which clearly stated the insurance was accepted, and now I am being billed hundreds of dollars for services. All while critically, deathly ill.

The email option was eliminated due to the lack of use we encountered. To help offset that, we created this support community to help our members within a public forum, while also providing resources and direction on where most information can be found.
