Provider did a insurance check and was told i don't have coverage

I went to an In-Network dentist and when they ran my Insurance they were informed by Humana that I don't have coverage (for a cleaning). Yet when i check my Member benefits it says I do have coverage.


What can i do?
I can only call the Humana numbers and there are no persons on the line, it's all automated and it confirms my coverage.
