Hi there. Whenever I try to check if I have coverage with a certain doctor and try to look it up by my member ID I get a message that says,
Our system cannot find current coverage for the Member ID you entered. Please check that your Member ID applies to the Search type you selected, or try using the 'Just Looking' tab.
I've tried to bring this to the attention of a representative using the "contact us" tab and they said they would make a ticket for me regarding this error and that I would receive an email about it, but it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows what I can do about it? Thanks!
