I'm a Humana employee. I registered my family (and added my new daughter in Nov) to my 2018 and 2019 benefits. However I've been logging into Humana yesterday and today (January 1st and 2nd) and the site shows we have coverage. Is the site down?
In this instance, it would be recommended to contact your employer's benefits administrator or Human Resources department.
They will be able to confirm your enrollment elections for the 2019 year.
