How do I get credit for the 63,259 steps that "were not" applied to my Go365 account in November? I've been using Go365 for over a year with no problem in recording my steps accurately... until the month of November 2018. I've called Go365 several times, sent several screen shots, and told several representatives about the problem with very small bits of corrections; and nothing corrected in November. The end of the year is here, I'd like the 63,259 steps that were missed on my November calendar. This is very disappointing when I'm using your program for encouragement. Please correct the steps to November's calendar in 2018.
