When attempting to sign into www.humanaaccess.com, are you receiving an error message?
You can use your card number as the registration ID, and your Social Security number as your Employer ID.
I am experiencing the same thing. I'm a new employee and have tried the following:
And nothing is working as I continue to get this message, "No match was found corresponding to the employee information provided."
I have been employed with Humana for now 30 days and still haven't received an HSA card - though I have received my insurance card.

Hi - Part of the registration will use your card number. Otherwise, if you received the communication (letter) from Humana, this will include information you can use without the card itself. As you did not receive your ID card, or potentially the letter, you may want to contact our Spending Account team directly. (800 - 604 - 6228).
