how can i access my older medical claims for my adult son
Due to privacy and HIPAA regulations, in order to have others on your plan have access to your information you must give delegation. The same would apply if you have adult dependents (spouse, children over 18) on your plan.
In this situation, your adult dependent must grant you access to view their personal health information, including claims via their own MyHumana account.
If they are not already MyHumana registered - check out this video for steps how.
Once completed, they will go to Account and Settings, and scroll to "access to your healthcare information". Here, they will be able to delegate access to anyone over the age of 18 to see their personal health information.
