Due to privacy and HIPAA regulations, in order to have others on your plan have access to your information you must give delegation.
This is more common in spouses or children over the age of 18 with their parents.
To update, you will go to Account and Settings, and scroll to "access to your healthcare information". Here, you will be able to delegate access to anyone over the age of 18 to see your personal health information.
