I am sorry that your transaction was denied. Your FSA account was still listed as Limited in error. Since your HSA account was cancelled, we have updated the status of your FSA and moving forward all allowable charges will process.
This is an old answer....how will I know that my card has been updated? This platform does not work when an an individual's card is not working or there are problems with transactions. Those items must be taken care of directly with each situation, not a general answer.
Hi! Thanks for your question. Each will vary depending on exactly what you are seeking. If you have a new HSA account for 2020, and looking for a balance update then you may check your online account at www.humanaaccess.com. Your payslip will also show deposit information.
From your Personal Dashboard page of www.humanaaccess.com you can update your communication preferences by clicking on the gear icon next to your name in the upper right corner. From there you can select your communication preferences. This includes updating to electronic statements to avoid the paper statement fee. Also, notice the convenient Phone Registration Status option to keep you updated on your account. Once registered, text BAL to 97487 to receive your current year account balances.
