I have not yet received the ID card for my Dental Plan. (Humana Dental PPO 100). Can you please send one so that I may schedule an appointment?
Also, how do I go about linking my dental plan w/my vision and life plans on myhumana???
Hi - I apologize for the confusion. In checking your enrollment, I do not see an active Dental policy. (Only Vision).
How long ago did you enroll in the plan?
