I made contribution to HSA March 2018 for 2017, this was attributed to 2018 in error, how do I have this corrected so that I can make the catchup contribution for 2018?

In checking your particular plan, HSA contributions are made directly to UMB. For this reason, I would recommend contacting UMB - United Bank of Missouri directly. They can be reached at 866 - 520 - 4472.
UMB records show the catch up contribution I made in March 2018 being applied to prior year (2017) as it should, it is only on the Humana Access website that the March 2018 contribution is attributed to 2018. So my question once again, is how to have Humana Access correct this misinformation as I am unable to make my 2018 catch up contribution until this is corrected and this must be done before April 15. I called the Humana hotline and have a pending case (#1000080468968) with them but have not heard anything. If you can help expedite this process it would be greatly appreciated.
