System say provide date range, says no results. Have only used this doctor since 11/2018 and labs were 2/2019. Even if I click last 365 days it comes up with nothing.
I am so sorry to hear of the difficulty you have experienced in obtaining your lab results. When lab tests are performed, the results are not sent to Humana. Humana would strictly receive the billing to process a claim and have it applied towards your benefit plan.
In this instance, I would suggest contacting your provider to obtain the results directly.
