All of my account information, exept my name, is of my ex husbands. I never gave out his information. So why is his information being used
I apologize if perhaps there is an error with the information on file for you. Typically, if you are the spouse on the plan versus the employee, the information auto defaults to that of the employee's, unless otherwise requested.
