Want to make sure I selected HSA to receive electronic only but unable to change
I apologize for the confusion. Here is some information that may help provide clarity.
How to Opt-In for Electronic Statements:
1.Sign in to www.HumanaAccess.com.2.Access the HSA by going to My Accounts > Benefit Account Summary. 3.Click on Statements link. a.It will bring you to a box in with two tabs. Electronic Only / Paper & Electronic.4.Select the tab for the method you would like to enroll in. 5.Open Sample PDF File to obtain a PIN. 6.Enter the PIN in the Enter PDF PIN Number field. 7.Click Submit.
If when attempting to change, the electronic field is highlighted and the submit button is grayed out, you are already enrolled in electronic only.

I have electronic only as shown but still got charged for $1.50 for not going paperless. Instead of providing instuctions it would good if the issue would actually be looked into and fixed
Instructions were given to ensure the appropriate path was followed to avoid the fees in the future.
We did just receive confirmation that some folks who had already selected electronic only were charged the fee incorrectly. This is being investigated. At this time there is no ETA on a resolution. We will keep ya posted!
