I have this issue also. My previous provider is in network and now that I use Humana, I want to continue my care with my previous dentist. He is in network, I checked online. I tried changing it over the phone and got issues. What in heck am I supposed to do? This process would be easier if it was described in print somewhere online, instead of kept as some sort of secret.
