We do recommend logging into your Fitbit and Go365 apps weekly to ensure a sync happens accurately. There are times where the information shows on Fibit, but not on Go365. Simply go to your Fitbit app, and then go to the Go365 app.
Once this occurs, typically steps are reflected within 72 hours.
