I have been suffering from severe joint/nerve pain in my lower back/pelvic area off and on for several months. I saw a chiropractor a few times back in December/January, and he saw me a few times and made some adjustments and also gave me some stretches to help strengthen my back and keep my pelvic area more flexible so it doesn't seize up. I was happy with what he did, and my pain has definitely lessened.
However, I am wondering if a physical therapist might be a better option. I would like to be more active and start exercising regularly, but I am afraid of hurting myself or making things worse.
