I can certainly appreciate your concern and am so sorry for the poor experience you encountered while attempting to reach us.
Upon review of your account, it looks like your employer is no longer using a spending account administered by Humana. In this instance, if they did not move the funds to the new provider ( I will send you a direct message with their information), then you would need to contact UMB directly (866 - 520 - 4472). Here, there would need to be closure form completed to close out this account. There is also a transfer form needed to deposit/transfer the funds in the new account.
