I like paying by auto pay, but would like to receive paper invoices in the mail.
That makes perfect sense! And personally, I would have to agree - I prefer having something tangible - "in hand" to review in the future, shall there be a need.
In checking your account, it appears you are both the employer AND member. I assume you are referencing your premium statement/billing?
If so, you will want to contact our Billing and Enrollment team directly to have this switched to paper statements versus electronic.
