I lost my FITBIT, got a Garmin but I can not see what my steps
I apologize that the Garmin has not successfully tracked your steps, and assure you we will help get this corrected.
I did verify that your Garmin is connected to your Go365 account, however the last steps counted were from the Fitbit.
When was the last time you checked your Garmin account? We do recommend logging in here and your Go365 app weekly to ensure the data is transferred appropriately. (once signed in, they are typically transferred within 48 hours to reflect within your Go365 account)
When checking this - can you confirm that steps are also showing here? If not, you can try disconnecting the device, and then reconnecting it to your Go365 account.
