why can i never use the doctor finder on the website? Is this to save money? Why when i called in did they promise to and then fail to call me back? I guess no doctor no reimbursement?

I would like to provide you with the steps to ensure you are accessing the correct information for your plan.
When searching for a provider, you will have to select the Just Looking tab. From here, click the bubble for Insurance through your employer. Enter your Zip code, and for network - select HumanaHMO within the drop down.
Once you have completed this, you can then search by specialty. (Orthopaedic Surgery)
