Why is my Go 365 not syncing after updating uninstalling and installing app several times?

For months my go 365 app has not been syncing accurately. I walk a lot a day and it shows in my health app and on my watch but it never comes through into my app. Why is that? I’ve uninstalled and installed the app. I’ve checked the health app to make sure it’s synching properly and no change. Help please.
