My online page shows 12/31/2019 as the plan ending, but when I called the prompt said 12/31/2099, which is correct? Whom do I contact to continue with my enrollment...no changes?
I can see how this would be confusing considering there are two different dates provided.

First thank you for your quick response! I was unable to open the direct message, so could you please send again? My husband and I only have Dental and I think Vision, not sure, through Humana so it’s been hard to navigate the website having just this type of coverage. Thank you for your help concerning this matter. Being retired, I did contact my former employer and they directed me to contact Humana directly so that’s where I at with this journey.

It looks like you have Dental and Vision plans that are currently active as of 1/1/19 with no termination date.
