I recently received a letter stating that my med required a hard copy sent. Has the process changed?

I take a c-2 med that I've been getting for years via humana pharmacy by having my doctor send a prescription electronically. I recently received a letter stating that I needed to mail in a hard copy. Has the process changed?

 

This is how the process was originally, and it was fairly difficult to pick up a script during normal business hours just so that I could stamp and deliver it to a secure mailbox and have the order processed and shipped to me in time before I ran out. I may have to go back to using my local pharmacy.
