My app crashes everytime I try to use the beacon. Please help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.

Requirements and Troubleshooting for Beacon to Interact with Go365
The following factors are reviewed for members who have issues with Beacon.
The member must own an Android device that is updated to version 4.5 and greater or an Apple that is updated to 8.0 or greater.
Bluetooth or Location Services
The member must enable Bluetooth and location services on their smartphone for Beacon to interact with Go365.
Distance to the Beacon
The member must be within 50 feet of the Beacon. Advise the member to walk closer to the Beacon.
Forced Check-In Process
Timing of Check-ins
A manual Beacon check-in takes up to 24 hours for points to display on the account.
Other Reasons Check-ins May Not Register
