How can I reset my password for my spending account? I have answer the questions but I can't log on
Good morning, I am sorry to hear of the trouble you had when attempting to sign into your online HumanaAccess account and would be happy to get this resolved for you today.
When you first get to the site, you will click on Sign In. Enter your username. The next page will be where you would enter your password. If it is forgotten, you can click on the "Let Us Help" link to answer the security questions and create a new one after clicking Next.
When you click Next, what happens? (I attempted it on my end and was brought to the screen to change my password)
Are you getting a message that your account is locked by chance?
