My husband's HR requires a letter or some sort of documentation that shows that he is now coverage under my and my company, and the date that became effective, for him to be able to cancel our old insurance coverage that had been through his company. My HR is being unresponsive, and there is no page on the Humana website that lists the benefit coverage, the company, my name, the date it became effective, AND any dependents, all on the same page, that I could print out and give to him to take to his HR. There is the coverage details page, but that doesn't list out all the covered member on that same page, and you have to click to show covered members, whic is then a pop up window that doesn't provide all the coverage information. Is there a way to get a statement or letter showing all this information on one page? I've looked everywhere and can find nothing.
