Plan is active but account features still locked

I'm on a humana dental plan that has been effective since 1/1/2020 but I'm always redirected to the "welcome" page ( and I'm unable to access any and all features including bill pay, account management, etc. I get the same sort of issue using the android app.


I believe the site thinks my account is still "pending-active" even though it's been active since 1/1/2020.
