Just started new with Humana Jan 1, 2020. I was already using Diabetes supplies and CPAP supplies. Do I need to get prior authorization for this pre-existing pharmacy service I was receiving?

Benefits are payable at an 80% coinsurance level following your $2500 deductible being met. There is a $5000 maximum out of pocket.
