Last year I spent months trying to get past the maintenance page. Finally got through in about October. New year comes and I can’t get in. Every time I try it says “looks like the information you are using is just for MyHumana, I’ll direct you there.” It takes me to MyHumana, my last Go365 information is there, I click “go to dashboard” and I get the same error message. I tried to ask for help in the chat but it became “unavailable” as soon as I was next in line. At this point, I have accumulated 193,241 steps that I basically am missing out on. I can’t get help and there are no responses from my last attempt at contacting a customer service rep. I have no updates on the status of my issues and I’m hoping that putting this in a public forum gets someone to assist me.
