Still unable to access my MyHumana account 2 months after registering...

I registered for an online account on 12/9/19 with effective membership 1/1/20 and still am unable to login to my account. The site reads: 


Thank you for choosing Humana. We’re excited to have you as a member.*


We’ll have your MyHumana site ready for you very soon, but in the meantime, the information below will help you get familiar with your Humana plan. 


I tried the mobile app and it states "Once your active coverage date arrives, you will be able to use this app.  In the meanwhile, please sign into to view additional info." 


I really like to streamline things so it's a bit frustrating to dig through email and mail to access my coverage information and pay bills...
