This can definitely be frustrating when you are looking forward to your well-earned rewards! My assumption is that the data sync has not occurred.
To fix this - be sure you are signing into your fitness device and Go365 apps on a weekly basis. One thing I have personally noticed is there are times when my steps aren't showing within the Fitbit app. Once I sign in, and my device syncs, they appear. From there, I go to the Go365 app just so the two "connect". The steps are usually there within a few hours - up to 48 hours.
