Humana does not stipulate a certain waiting period in between preventive services. It is encouraged to wait as close to a year as you can based on your physicians recommendation to ensure accuracy in your medical record reporting.
According to your specific plan benefits, preventive services - such as a routine physical and lab work are payable 100% by Humana when performed in network.
If there is a medical concern/condition warranting treatment, discussion or follow up, then benefits are payable at a 90% coinsurance level once your $3000 deductible is met. Here, you have a $4000 maximum out of pocket. This also applies to services performed in network.
