What a terrible experience. I can see how frustrating this must be, especially if you are in need of your medications.
We have heard that several provider offices, hospitals, etc are experiencing longer than normal hold/wait times due to the COVID-19 concerns. While that is no excuse whatsoever, it definitely may be the reason why you have not had a response.
Have you perhaps tried reaching them online? Most providers have an online portal that you can register for and then send messages (via email) to the nurses. This may be something to explore.
