I cannot access my humana. Every time I log in, it says they are happy to have me as a customer and they are setting up my My Humana page. If I try to register, it says I already am, but I cannot log in. This has been happening since January, and I have been paying my premiums anyway and cannot access the website. I have to pay by phone.
