I feel like there was an excessive amount of non-coverage for this claim and would like an explanation. The provider is XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXX XXX XXXXX. It looks to me like my first visit has a balance of $XXX.XX not covered, while subsequent visits only had a $XX.XX balance
