Website is not user-friendly. I'm trying to change my primary care physician online. Some data is from 2018 and no longer works. Website is NOT intuitive.
I am very sorry about the online trouble you are experiencing in changing your Primary Care Physician.
In review of your account, it does not appear that you have a policy that is supported by our online public forum. Through this avenue, we can provide support for employer sponsored group plans.
With that said, I suggest contacting our Customer Service team via the number on the back of your insurance card, for further assistance.

Asking a question here looks like a complete waste of time. One would think changing Primary Care Physicians would be located on a convenient link. NOPE.....Click on Find a Doctor.....Find the Doctor in the system.....read the page from left to right, top to bottom and start playing CLICK TILL YOU WIN again. Why have an online portal if it leads to telephone calls to customer service?
