I am trying to get my dependants on the Myhumana app but the system tells them they're using the wrong membership number.
Any dependents 18yrs and older, will visit www.humana.com to register for their own MyHumana account.
Members can find their member IDs on their Humana member ID card. They do not need to enter the two-digit code following their Humana member ID, unless prompted to do so.
Once there, click on "Register Now" and enter in the member ID, date of birth and zip code. Afterwords, they will create a username and password.
When completed, they will use the same username and password to access their account on the MyHumana mobile app. This registration will give each full access to their personal health information, benefits, claims. etc. .
* Dependents under the age of 18 will be included within the subscribers MyHumana account. They would not be able to create their own, or be viewable from anyone else's account.
But I don't see my dependents listed on my My Humana page. I would like to change the Primary Care Provider but can't do that since they are not listed. Please advise.
Due to HIPAA federal regulations, dependents 18yrs and older will not appear on your MyHumana.com. Each adult dependent will need to create their own MyHumana.com account by clicking on "register now" as a "new user .".
My kids are 10 and 7 years old. The system won’t register then because they are under 18 and they don’t appear on My Humana page.

Children under the age of 18 years are unable to register for their own MyHumana.com, since they are listed under the Subscriber online account. The Spouse will need to request access from the Subscriber in order to view the dependent children information.
