What do you have to do to register a family member on Go365 who has recently turned 18. I keep receiving a notice that says member id not valid but it is the member id # that is on my insurance card. Thanks
Oh no! We are terribly sorry to hear of the trouble you encountered.
When your dependents register, they will want to use their own individual information. This means their name, birth date, zip code will be of theirs, while the member ID may be the same.
If they continue to have issues, please have them reach out to us directly.
This is what we did last and it did not work. We are both listed on my insurance card and we do have 2 different id #'s. We tried to register with Morgan's but it would not go through and we even tried with SS# and that didn't work either. Thanks
Sorry I was mistaken our id#s are the same but it still wouldn't go thru.
Correct, you would use your same member ID. What type of error message are you getting? Do they perhaps already have an existing account?
