I am furloughed from my job and had to switch to Cobra. My last day of coverage would have been 6/30/2020 but the website already showed as no coverage and still has not updated as to me being covered via Cobra.
That makes absolute sense and our apologies if the enrollment has not yet been processed.
Once Humana receives the new enrollment, our records are updated within 72 hours.
Have you gotten a chance to speak to the COBRA provider to determine your enrollment status?
