My Vision Plan is not showing on my benefits and I don't know my member ID. is there another way to get benefit information.

In review of your account, I do not see where you have an active vision plan with Humana.
With that, a few items to check -
1. If you recently signed up, your enrollment can take up to 72 hours for be reflective on our end
2. Check with your employer to see that you selected a Vision plan with Humana. While you may have coverage, it very well could be with a different carrier.
