Ottawa Family Physicians is the best in the area and you don't even list them in my area, why is that? I will not switch to the hospital clinic. I need a real full time doctor.
I can certainly see where your concern lies with determining your provider's network status.
In review of your account, it does not appear that you have a policy that is supported by our online public forum. Through this avenue, we can provide support for employer sponsored group plans.
With that said, to ensure you are given the most accurate information, I would suggest contacting our Customer Service team via the number on the back of your insurance card.
I am not employed! I am on disability and have been for years! The only doctors you cover are at grocery store clinics and the hospital clinic, no real established physicians! You need to do better for your clients! I will not leave my doctor of 25 years for a clinic! I was forced into Humana by KanCare of Kansas and so far you have sucked as a provider! You have terrible customer service!!! I would never recommend you to anyone!
We are terribly sorry to hear of the circumstances you are currently drawn within. Building a relationship with your provider, especially after the length of time you mentioned is not only meaningful, but powerful.
